Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

After a long winter holiday with family, gifts, food, and endless amount of sweets, it is time to get back on track with fitness and food. So far, I’ve been able to keep up with one of the two thanks to new recipes such as this, making healthy meals possible.

Makes 3/4 cup
Total Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup  olive oil
  • 1/4 cup  white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons  honey
  • 2 tablespoons  dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves  minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all the above in a bowl and whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated. Keep refrigerated

=>     Taste better than anything store bought and it’s so easy to make. I will never buy my vinaigrette again. Also, to turn it into a creamier dressing for your salad, mix in a bit of greek yogurt (I used 1:3 ratio of vinaigrette to yogurt).
